Web Portal

Role dashboards, validation queues, reports, ripple-effect, curriculum, partner portal and admin console for 18 office and supervisory roles.

Mobile App

Offline-first, icon-led app for VBAs, Youth Trainers, Group Secretaries, Agro-dealers and field supervisors, with sync queue and failure alerts.

SMS / USSD / WhatsApp

Numeric-menu conversations in English and Kiswahili for farmers and basic-phone VBAs, with retry on delivery failure.

Voice (IVR)

Toll-free voice line with spoken prompts, keypad menus and voice-note capture with transcription for low-literacy users.

Everything is connected. Log a training in the mobile app or by USSD, then switch to the Facilitator or NC and approve it in the web queue. Publish a module as Curriculum Development and it appears in the VBA's topic list. Use the role switcher at the top of every page.
